Q: Where do your products ship from?

A: Most products ship from right outside of Philadelphia, PA.

Q: Who do you ship with?

A: We try to ship via USPS as much as possible due to lower costs for the customer

Q: Are your skins produced locally?

A: YES! Our skins are cut right here in our area and shipped to you PERSONALLY.

Q: How long does it take to receive my skin?

A: It usually takes between 1 – 3 weeks between printing/shipping.

Q: Can you design my Custom MPC?

A: Absolutely! We would love to work on your MPC, just contact us for a quote, it’s a lot cheaper than you might think.

Q: Will the skins damage my MPC?

A: No. They are designed to be pulled off when needed without leaving any damage. But why would you ever want to go back to the plain old Akai design anyway?

Q: What will I need to install my custom skin?

A: Just a screwdriver and some sort of pen knife/razorblade to cut off the excess. We’ll provide the alcohol swab to clean it.

Q: I don’t want to put my skin on, can you do it for me?

A: Yes we can. Just pay shipping each way and a $50 service charge and we can do it. It’s really easy though, just follow our tutorials and you can save a few bucks.

Q: I’m in the Philadelphia area, can I pick up my product?

A: Sure, just send an e-mail and we can arrange that.

Q: How do I get my beats featured on your site?

A: Just send an e-mail to: beats@beatstatus.com and we’ll take a listen. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee placement or a response.
